BJJ Training

I went to BJJ class tonight even though the knee is still sore. We drilled for about 45 minutes. Class start off with four different throws. Next we mover to pull guard then set up the x-guard to sweep. Open mat was after drills. With the knee sore I went with one of the lower belts. He started off strong but he gassed about a few minutes in. After 5 minutes it was time to rest. I rested five minutes and rolled again for another 5 minutes and called it a night. More BJJ Saturday morning.
