Warm up 40 swings with a 28kg, 2 sets of 20.
140 Snatches. 80 snatches with a 28kg, 2 sets of 20L/20R. Knocked out the first set of 40 then rested as long as needed to recover. Then completed the second set of 40. At First I was only goin to do 15 But I felt good so I did 20 on each arm. I Walked until I recovered then did 60 more with a 24kg. 3 set of 10L/10R.
