I couldn't make it open mat at Rey's today, so I decided to work out at home.
Body Weight Exercise
2 sets of 10 Push ups
2 sets of 10 Dips
2 sets of 10 Pull ups
resistance Band
2 sets of 12 Chest press
2 sets of 12 lateral raises
2 sets of 12 Should press
2 sets of 12 tricep kick backs
2 sets of 12 up right rows
2 sets of 12 curls
Abs work out
2 sets of 25 crunches
2 sets of 20 reverse crunches
2 sets of 15 toe touches
