After a late night bike ride at the beach with 12 of my friends. I woke up early to go to the park for an early morning kettlebell workout.

Warm up 50 swing with 24kg bell
5 set of 3 of Swings, Cleans, then Press
Snatches 110 , Latter from 1 to 10 with a 24kg bell.
