Tonight I did more cardio training. I don't run a lot because of my knees if I run on grass I'm fine. But all the hotel has as a treadmill and a lame bike, so I used the treadmill. I started my training with body weight exercises first.
chest
3 sets of 1o Push ups
3 sets of 10 Chair dips
Abs work out
2 sets of 25 crunches
2 sets of 15 reverse crunches
2 sets of 15 leg up crunches
Running
26 minutes of running on treadmill.
I will try and continue training while on the road.
